Let me introduce you to Leadership Systems, Inc. and our cost effective approach to meeting your training needs. We are a local company that specializes in employee training and development, and we’d like to be your training department.

Here’s how it works: As a consortium member, you get first notice of all training classes being offered, and you get to send as many people as you like for half-price.
 
There is no cost to you until someone signs up for a class. You get the top notch training that you need, and you pay for only what you use.

To ease budgeting, all courses are priced consistently based on length of training. In addition to the 50% off membership rate, you get a 10% discount any time you send 5 or more people to the same course.
