Training Services

Let Leadership Systems be your on-site training department. If you need as little as one day a month, or as much as two days a week, we will come to your site and do everything that an internal training department would do for you.

Services we provide include:

• Job analysis and development of a training plan for each job.
• Needs analysis: Compare the skills of your work force with the skills needed, now or for the future, and define the gap and recommend training to address that gap.
• Instructional design: Design training, based on the needs of your workforce, then deliver it or turn it over to you for your staff to deliver as needed.
• Training provider: If you only need a few short training classes, we can provide that within the time that we spend with you, or we can arrange to provide that as a separate service.
• Planning delivery strategies: If you have a big initiative or roll-out coming, we can work with you to ensure that everyone gets the training they need when they need it, regardless of who is the training provider.

Training Coordination

 If you are in the process of making a big change, or rolling out a new program or a new initiative, we can work with you to coordinate all the training associated with your initiative. This can include working with outside vendors and internal providers, handling scheduling, support and documentation of all the training –as much or as little as you require.


Training Design

We offer full instructional design services for whatever training you need. If you are hiring new employees, buying new equipment, or you just need people to learn some new skills for their current jobs, we will work with your staff and your processes to design the training necessary for your workforce to be successful.
We can design and deliver the finished training, or we can train your staff to deliver the training as you need it.
