Donna Butchko
PrincipalDonna holds a Masters in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Chemistry from Rutgers. She worked with the Rutgers Leadership Development Program for over 10 years. She is a certified Facilitator from the Rutgers School of Business.
Donna has over 25 years of experience with major Pharmaceutical firms, working on domestic and global projects. She in an experienced change manager, and has worked through plant closings, plant start ups, new product launches, reengineering, restructuring, downsizing and expansions. She is a past-president of the GMP Training and Education Association, and is on the board of the non-profit Soroptimists International of Bucks County.
David J. Lennard
Principal
David holds a Masters in Leadership and BS in Management. He worked with the Rutgers Leadership Development Program for over 15 years and has also taught Organization Theory. He is a certified Facilitator from the Rutgers School of Business. David worked for Johnson & Johnson for over 25 years in a wide variety of positions and disciplines. He has lead many domestic and global projects. He holds two U.S. patents. He was Vice President of Operations for Stelex Inc and has consulted for over 10 years for companies including Merck, Pfizer and Schering Plough. Academic insights are valuable but without practical experience from people that have been there, they tend to be artificial solutions that don’t really work. We strive to combine the best thinking in these areas provided by people who have been in the trenches and understand the realities of the day to day job.
